About our company...

Mission
Our success is attributed to developing lasting partnerships with our clients through open dialogue and skilled craftsmanship. Our commitment to customer satisfaction, and the first rate quality of our work, has made us one of the largest mechanical contractors in the Pacific Northwest.

Seattle, Washington
HOLADAY-PARKS' corporate headquarters located in Seattle, Washington, offers its clients full-service mechanical design and installation, energy services, building controls, plumbing & piping, service and maintenance, engineering, and architectural metal. Projects run the gamut from airplane hangers, to office complexes, to high-rise mixed-use projects, to residential towers.

Fairbanks, Alaska
HOLADAY-PARKS has the largest, full-service sheet metal shop in Fairbanks, Alaska specializing in HVAC design and installation as well as custom sheet metal fabrication. Most of our projects in Fairbanks are new construction with some retrofit such as the HVAC systems at the University of Alaska and the Rasmussen Library. Our Fairbanks team also works on ventilation projects that include vehicle exhaust systems in mechanical shops and stove ventilation systems in commercial kitchens. Custom fabrication requests from homeowners to commercial customers are team favorites, testing the ingenuity of both designer and craftsmen.

Partners
We're committed to and take great pride in relationships with our industry partners. They keep us up to date on industry trends, innovations, laws, and cost saving opportunities—all of which we bring to our customers.

HP History

History
HOLADAY-PARKS was founded in 1889, and in 1897 brought warmth to the bone-chilled adventurers who roamed the Klondike in pursuit of gold. The company's much appreciated contribution to the Alaska gold rush was an ingenious airtight sheet-iron heater that circulated heat around a bread oven in the middle of the stovepipe! 120 years later HOLADAY-PARKS is one of the largest mechanical contractors in the nation, managing some of the most prestigious and challenging mechanical contracting projects in both Washington and Alaska, from new construction to retrofit to service.

Future
2010 brings us exciting prospects for rebuilding our area with high-performance buildings that are smarter and greener. Our SMART new energy sense has the power to change our economy, create more jobs, and use innovative technologies to craft a better quality of life for businesses in our region.
