Expertise There's no "holiday" in HOLADAY-PARKS — we mean business. HP's Alaska Division specializes in HVAC design, fabrication and installation, as well as running the largest full-service sheet metal shop in Fairbanks. We are logistical experts in getting materials and crews out to remote sites throughout the state, such as Kotzebue, Nome, Bethel, Kaltag, Nulato, Allakaket, Dead Horse and Adak. Our goal is to earn your trust, by bringing all the elements for new and upgraded commercial construction projects under one team. HVAC Design/Build HVAC — Design/BuildThe environment in Alaska demands innovative solutions for commercial HVAC (heating ventilation, and air conditioning) systems. Maintaining large buildings at room temperature, with the outside air varying from 100 degrees Fahrenheit to 60 below requires world-class engineering. HOLADAY-PARKS is a leader in the design and installation of state-of-the-art HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and residential construction. With today’s “tight” building methods, well engineered Heat Recovery Ventilation (HRV) systems are essential to introduce the right amount of tempered fresh air into occupied interiors. HOLADAY-PARKS’ custom-designed HRV systems will reduce respiratory problems, such as asthma and allergies; get rid of excess moisture to prevent mold; and maintain the utmost comfort and system efficiency. HVAC — Plan/SpecOur Plan/Spec team estimates, fabricates, and installs HVAC systems designed by other engineering firms. Our team manages projects large and small including: Fairbanks Memorial Hospital, University of Alaska Rasmuson Library, and corrosion control on the Alyeska Pipeline, to name a few. Our metal craftsmen thrive on special requests such as cases of ulu blades for native knife-making cooperatives, or the malemute on Lathrop High School’s exterior wall. With the addition of a Water-Jet Cutting System, the metal possibilities are endless. This machine can virtually cut any shape in a single step with superior edge quality.
