HVAC Design-Build & Design- Assist
HOLADAY-PARKS has been a part of Alaska since the Gold Rush, when we made Yukon stoves for miners and settlers. Since our first permanent Fairbanks shop in 1970, our present plant has grown to over 16,000 sq ft to shop, office, and warehouse. We have the most well-equipped sheet metal fabrication facility in the Interior, with a 135 ton press, a 3/16” capacity shear, a water jet precision cutting system, and a complete welding shop.
During the last 50 years, we have successfully completed projects from Shemya to Barrow. These projects range from shopping malls and schools in the Bush, to insulation jackets for the pipeline and specialty items for boats and airplanes.
Whether your project is Design-Build (we design and build it) or Design-Assist (we team with other consulting engineers) HOLADAY-PARKS has the resources, skills, and technolgoy to manage the process.
The environment in Alaska demands innovative solutions for commercial HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems. Maintaining large buildings at room temperature, whether the external temperature is 100° F or -60° F, requires world-class engineering. HOLADAY-PARKS is a leader in the design and installation of state-of-the-art HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and residential construction.
With today’s “tight” building methods, well-engineered Heat Recovery Ventilation (HRV) systems are essential to introduce the right amount of tempered fresh air into occupied interiors. HOLADAY-PARKS’ custom-designed HRV systems will reduce respiratory problems, such as asthma and allergies; get rid of excess moisture to prevent mold; and maintain the utmost comfort and system efficiency.
Our Plan/Spec team estimates, fabricates, and installs HVAC systems designed by other engineering firms. Our team manages projects large and small including: Fairbanks Memorial Hospital, University of Alaska Rasmusson Library, and corrosion control on the Alyeska Pipeline.
