Plan/Spec

HOLADAY-PARKS' Plan/Spec team estimates, fabricates, and installs mechanical systems designed by other engineering firms. Our team manages projects for public works departments and the private sector including; University of Washington, City of Seattle, and the Boeing Company to name a few.

SPTI

Our Special Projects and Tenant Improvement (SPTI) division tackles projects in every environment from medical laboratories, to high rise office buildings, to industrial facilities. Our team of project managers, engineers, and designers all work together to bring you the best value for your small or complex renovation projects.

Plumbing & Piping

HOLADAY-PARKS has been designing plumbing and piping systems for over 20 years and self-performing fabrication and installation since 2000. Our professional team has over 100 years of combined experience in the installation of plumbing and piping systems. Our CAD division uses CADMECH, providing our clilents with 3-D ductwork and piping models.

Controls

Our Controls Division designs, installs, and services true multi-vendor flexibility to our clients. We've adopted Echelon Works technology as our platform standard. The Echelon system utilizes the latest in facility automation technology and enables us to install a fully integrated Facility Automation System. Every client's needs are unique and we custom design every system to meet those needs like: systems for HVAC monitoring, card access, closed circuit TV, lighting control, energy management, and energy monitoring. We also design systems for after-hours tenant billing (on one network) backed with qualified, dedicated service at any time.

We are a member of the LonMark Assocation which allows us to access the latest industry developments and directly contribute client input for system improvements.

Our state-of-the-art sheet metal shop has the ability to create custom architectural metal fabrication for your commercial project such as column covers, steel panels, and ornamental accent features.
