HOLADAY-PARKS joins the condo residents and businesses of South Lake Union for a neighborhood block party which attracted over 4,500 visitors. The event celebrated the emerging SLU neighborhood and featured live music, food, kids events, a grilling competition, and more.

7/2005 UofW Bioengineering & Genome Sciences Building HP continues to participate in bringing on line the University of Washington's latest state-of-the-art research facility.
3/2005 Ninth & Stewart Life Sciences Building HP recently completed the 9th & Stewart Life Sciences Building in downtown Seattle. HP provided full mechanical services fo this multipurpose laboratory and technology building.
3/2005   ErosionControl.com Excavators Do More Than Dig Holes. HP designs a clamp for the Alyeska Pipeline in Alaska that stops an oil spill temporarily giving the service company time to shut down the line and make a permanent repair.
2/2004 Seattle City Hall A great class pavillion offers sweeping views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains at Seattle's City Hall. City Hall features one of hte most expansive lobbies in town includ a grand limestone staircase that rises along the man-made waterfall.
