HP installed a composite metal panel system over the blue skin SAFF for this 94,000 square foot state-of-the-art government facility.

5th & Madison - Seattle, WA
HP installed 17,000 stainless steel shingles on the side of this 24-story high-rise condominium tower in downtown Seattle. In addition to the shingles, HP also provided a formed aluminum panel wall system,entrance canopies, handrails, and guardrails. The condominiums feature many industrial style elements, and HOLADAY-PARKS was able to compliment the exposed mechanical design with steel-finished fireplace wraps.

The Parc - Seattle, WA
HP installed a profile metal panel system over an air barrier for this 185-unit condominium high-rise tower in the heart of Seattle's Belltown neighborhood. This distinctive concrete and steel building features two towers, one with nine floors and the other with thirteen, joined by a common courtyard. These two different yet complementary structures reflect the diversity of this ideal location that includes the Olympic Sculpture Park, Myrtle Edwards Park, and Belltown's
shops and nightlife.

HP is providing metal installation services for the lobby and plaza renovation including entrance canopy, parapet, handrail, and miscellaneous stainless steel accent pieces.

Seattle Waterfront Garage - Seattle, WA
HP installed a unique skin system for this 7-story, 376,830 square foot Seattle Waterfront Garage that including perforated aluminum panels and stainless steel woven wire mesh. The concrete structure provides parking for 1,230 cars, 50 motorcycles, and 173 bicycles.
