9th & Stewart - Seattle, WA
(Children's Hospital Research Institute)
Designed, fabricated and installed the mechanical and plumbing systems for this 11-story research building recognized as one of the nations leading biotechnology and life sciences centers. The project features: innovative floor-to-floor air handling system, low flow fixtures that include waterless urinals, dual-flushtoilets and lowflow faucets with sensors, and a 45% less water use saving 495,000 gallons per year. Timber Ridge - Issaquah, WA
Currently designing and installing the mechanical systems for this first-class, senior living community. This beautiful property features private apartment homes, fitness center, art studio, gardening areas, dining rooms, and underground parking. The project features: LEED NC Certified Building (Silver), CO2 monitoring, high efficiency hybrid heat pump system, and IAQ and controllability systems.
Mithun Office - Seattle, WA
Designed and installed the mechanical systems for this architecture firms historic office location on the top floor of Pier 56 on the Seattle waterfront. The project features: natural ventilation via operable windows, low horsepower ventilation assist, make-up air units for outside air, and variable speed heating water pumping.
