The project features: innovative floor-to-floor air handling system, low flow fixtures that include waterless urinals, dual-flushtoilets and lowflow faucets with sensors, and a 45% less water use saving 495,000 gallons per year. Designed and installed the mechanical systems for this architecture firms historic office location on the top floor of Pier 56 on the Seattle waterfront.
