Vancouver Clinic - Vancouver, WA Served as the full-service mechanical contractor for this 2-story, 68,000 square foot building featuring pharmacy, X-ray station, labs, exam rooms, and conference center. Group Health - Puget Sound Area HOLADAY-PARKS has designed and installed mechanical systems for Group Health on over 43 projects including: Eastside Hospital Labor and Delivery, Tacoma Specialty Center, Central Hospital CT Scan Room and Breast Cancer Treatment Facility, Everett Medical Office Building, Spokane Lidgerwood Facility, and Riverton Operations Center Optical Department, to name a few. IDC Medical Office Building - Renton, WA Designed and installed the mechanical systems for this 60,000 square foot, 3-story building featuring family and health specialists, and an ambulatory surgery center. Stevens Medical Building - Edmonds, WA Provided a state-of-the art comfort system for this 80,000 square foot building which combines physician offices and outpatient services.
