Luxurious living spaces, high performance workplaces, eclectic restaurants, hotels, boutiques, and parking garages — all working together in a mixed-use environment. HOLADAY-PARKS is at the forefront designing and installing mechanical systems for these diverse environments.

The Olympus - Seattle, WA
Designed and installed the HVAC and Life Safety Systems for this 3-tower, 602,385 square foot urban living project. Towers one and two have 13 stories with commercial areas taking up half of the first floor and tower three has 14 stories of residential space with the first floor for retail tenants. The project features 15,000 total square feet of retail/commercial space, 327 apartment homes, fitness center with spa, business center, lobby lounge, parking garage and administrative offices.

Seaboard - Seattle, WA
Served as the mechanical contractor for this 91-year old landmark building converting it to a mixed-use facility. The 11-story, 93,000 square foot facility features ground floor retail space, 5 floors of offices and 4 floors of high-end condominiums. Retail tenants include Bank of America and Seattle's Best Coffee.





2200 - Seattle, WA

Provided the HVAC, Plumbing, Piping, and Building Controls for this 450,000 square foot 3-tower project. Spanning nearly 2.5 acres on an urban infill site located between Lake Union and downtown, 2200 serves as a vibrant new lifestyle center featuring 261 condominiums, the Pan Pacific hotel, Whole Foods Market, shops, and restaurants. 2200 captures the growing desire for innovative mixed-use developments where you can walk to work, shops, restaurants, cultural hubs, and recreational activities all from home.

The Bravern - Bellevue, WA

HP is currently providing the mechanical services for this 3- tower, class A office project linked by an upscale retail village. Building I is 248,000 square feet on 13 floors; Building II is 497,000 square feet on 23 floors. The retail space features 300,000 square feet including a restaurant village. Opening Fall 2008.
