Fabricated and installed the HVAC sheet metal for this 324,000 square foot retail super center. The project features 4 stories of retail shops and an 8-story parking garage anchored by Target, Best Buy, and Krause Furniture. Pacific Place - Seattle, WA Designed and installed the mechanical systems for this 335,000 square foot up-scale retail center featuring a central atrium with an extensive curved skylight. Pacific Place is downtown Seattle's premier shopping, dining and entertainment center featuring Tiffany & Co., MaxMara, Coach, J. Crew, Chico's, Ann Taylor, Helly Hansen, L'Occitane, Restoration Hardware, Barnes & Noble, and Williams-Sonoma. The property also features an 11-screen AMC Theatre complex and skybridge connection to the flagship Nordstrom store. IKEA - Renton, WA Provided full-service mechanical contracting services for the remodel of the existing warehouse facility featuring 146,200 square feet of retail and 165,930 square feet of covered garage space.
