(Hec Edmundson Pavilion) Fabricated and installed the mechanical systems for the renovation of this University of Washington historical building (est. 1928). HP’s challenge was to preserve the timeless character of the building while integrating a modern comfort system that would bring the building to a premier sport arena standing. Provided mechanical services for this 100,000 square foot state-of-the-art indoor athletic training facility for the University of Washington intercollegiate sport programs. The facility features a 100-yard regulation size football field and a four-lane 330 yard track. UfW Intramural Activities (IMA) Building - Seattle, WA Fabricated and installed the mechanical systems for this University of Washington expansion project. 100,000 square feet was added to the existing building which featured basketball courts, office suites, fitness rooms, deli and cafe, meeting rooms, and a 3-story state-of-the-art climbing gymnasium.
