This mixed-use complex includes offices, retail stores, restaurants, and a 707,243 square foot, four level, below grade parking garage (1,690 stalls). Since completion of Urban North (seven stories), Urban South (seven stories), and Urban Central (eight stories) in 2019, Holaday-Parks has also completed many tenant improvements within the complex, to include Bright Horizons, Café Ladro, Chainline Brewing Company, Evergreen Salads, First Tech Credit Union, Google, Mud Bay, Restore Wellness, Seattle Coffee Gear, Tableau Software, and Top Golf. This project is LEED® Gold certified.
