Starbucks Center Wins BOMA TOBY Award!

Congratulations, Starbucks Center, for winning the 2023 TOBY Award (The Outstanding Building of the Year) in the Mixed-Use category. This award is the commercial real estate industry’s highest recognition honoring excellence in commercial building management and operations.

A panel of CBRE, Hines, and URG peers judged the building. Next will be to enter the Regional and then International competitions. These future competitions will provide an opportunity to showcase the Starbucks Center on a broader stage, further emphasizing its status as an outstanding commercial building.

To qualify for entry, Holaday-Parks had to acquire a BOMA 360 Accreditation. This accreditation reflects the excellence in management and operations and highlights the building’s positive impact on the community.

The accreditation included six industry best practice areas:

  • Building operations and management

  • Life safety/security/risk management

  • Training and Education

  • Energy

  • Environmental sustainability and wellness

  • Tenant/occupant relations and community involvement

Congratulations to the HP Starbucks Team – well done!
