In-House Fabrication Shops
From design to production to installation. Once system designs are finalized, our in-house sheet metal, plumbing, and piping shops act. They fabricate, assemble, and meticulously package our products, ensuring safe delivery and hassle-free installation. Coordinating with our in-house shops and subcontractors guarantees a smooth and efficient process. We operate a total of 40,000 sq ft of in-house fabrication facilities.
We can quickly turn around products—even with custom specifications—and adjust our inventory on the spot. Changes? No problem and no delays.

We are proud to announce that Holaday-Parks has completed a rigorous certification process resulting in both UPC (Uniform Plumbing Code) approval through IAPMO R&T and NSF-61 (National Sanitation Foundation) certification for our shop-fabricated stainless steel welded assemblies.
Holaday-Parks is the ONLY area fabrication shop to meet Public Health & Seattle/King County’s stringent requirements for shop-fabricated assemblies installed within potable domestic water piping systems. (Read the King Co. article HERE)
We know how important it is for projects to stay on budget, and this certification is another way we demonstrate our dedication to that. Other area contractors must purchase fittings from an outside source at a much higher cost and could be susceptible to price fluctuations and availability concerns.
