Recognizing Field Excellence: Nick Gardner & Jerry Graff

We’d like to take a moment to recognize two outstanding team members—Nick Gardner and Jerry Graff—for their dedication, professionalism, and integrity in the field.

Together, Nick and Jerry remind all of us what Excellence in Action looks like—and why our strength as a company comes from people who care deeply about doing things right.

Nick Gardner |
Service Technician

Dublin, OH

Two weekends ago, Nick went above and beyond to resolve a difficult factory weld failure for a client partner under extraordinary time pressure.

He responded on extremely short notice, worked late into Sunday night, and returned early the next morning to complete a complex repair—just minutes before a key inspection.

Because of Nick’s persistence and technical expertise, the system passed both the Pre-PFHO and Final PFHO inspections, helping maintain our team’s record of zero missed PFHO dates across more than 1,500 critical deadlines

Nick’s commitment and problem-solving mindset reflect the best of our field teams—people who take ownership, meet challenges head-on, and deliver results that matter.

Thank you, Nick, for your exceptional contribution and leadership by example.

Jerry Graff |
Service Technician

Richland, WA

For the past three months, Jerry has been working away from home—often seven days a week—to meet demanding project deadlines in Jackson, Mississippi. Despite shifting schedules and constant pressure, Jerry has consistently delivered top-quality work with professionalism, focus, and heart.

What truly sets Jerry apart is his positive attitude and respect for everyone around him. Even in the toughest moments, he brings calm, kindness, and collaboration to the job site—reminding us all that leadership is as much about character as it is about skill.

Jerry’s determination and teamwork have been critical to maintaining client confidence and project success. We’re grateful for his example of humility, dedication, and integrity.
