Teamwork that LITERALLY lifts!

In early December, our fabrication and field teams completed the successful delivery and installation of two prefabricated mechanical skids—one chiller skid and one pump skid—built entirely in-house at Holaday-Parks in Tukwila, WA.

To avoid an incoming atmospheric river storm, the team adjusted to a 4:00 AM lift, safely landing both skids before weather moved in. Each skid was fully assembled, pressure-tested, and pre-wired before delivery which minimized site disruption and ensured a smooth, efficient installation.

The scope included:
•Prefabricated steel frames fabricated, galvanized, and assembled in-house
•Fully piped Chiller skid with four units on springs
•Pump skid featuring condenser and system pumps, buffer tank, glycol feeder, and electrical components.

This project demonstrates what happens when design, fabrication, and field project teams work as one. The result? Safer lifts, faster installations, and MEP systems that just work with a higher ROI for our customers.
